Committed to an approach to improving the resilience of the territory in the face of climate change, these projects co-developed with startups with the help of RaiseLab, make it possible to contribute to the resilience of urban ecosystems and, more generally, of the cities themselves. These experiments with reflective roof paints, in Occitanie and PACAC, are the result of the Group's Open Innovation approach and aim to strengthen innovation to adapt residences and change the behavior of tenants (no use of air conditioning).

We were lucky enough to work with RaiseLab in a highly technical field that is still in its infancy, namely alternatives to intravitreal injections. RaiseLab supported and guided us through exploring innovation opportunities around one of our three strategic subject areas. There was a dedicated team investigating opportunities in this area, shedding light on the macro-economic and technological environment to identify the most relevant trends for us. Maison RaiseLab is equipped with modern security systems to keep both premises and people secure. The steps taken to ensure everyone’s security include CCTV cameras, a swipecard access system, and staff on reception.
Access to the co-working and private office spaces requires an individual swipecard, ensuring workspace security and confidentiality are maintained.
Office rental includes access to services such as meeting room and phone box hire anywhere in the building, Wi-Fi, secure access 24/7, regular cleaning of the premises, use of the concierge service, and invitations to Maison RaiseLab activities.
The flex workstations offer flexible workspaces and make efficient use of available resources. The open and dynamic environment encourages collaboration and interaction between resident members, who also benefit from inspiring natural light.
The flex workstations are in the atrium space (communal area with hot-desking). These workstations are ideal for sharing and multi-purpose use. The open-plan offices encourage collaboration, while the private office spaces provide discretion and comfort.
We offer various workspaces for rent, ranging from flex workstations in an atrium, and both open-plan and private office spaces.
