Committed to an approach to improving the resilience of the territory in the face of climate change, these projects co-developed with startups with the help of RaiseLab, make it possible to contribute to the resilience of urban ecosystems and, more generally, of the cities themselves. These experiments with reflective roof paints, in Occitanie and PACAC, are the result of the Group's Open Innovation approach and aim to strengthen innovation to adapt residences and change the behavior of tenants (no use of air conditioning).

We were lucky enough to work with RaiseLab in a highly technical field that is still in its infancy, namely alternatives to intravitreal injections. Their work enabled us to significantly broaden our knowledge base and our understanding of the subject, by bringing start-ups that we hadn't previously identified to our attention. RaiseLab supported and guided us through exploring innovation opportunities around one of our three strategic subject areas. There was a dedicated team investigating opportunities in this area, shedding light on the macro-economic and technological environment to identify the most relevant trends for us. They then examined start-ups in France and elsewhere, as well as what our competitors were doing. This all made it possible for us to understand the range of possible options and include them in our roadmap.

Yes, just ask at reception upon your arrival.
We do not have a private car park; however there a number of car parks within 5 minutes’ walk of Maison RaiseLab.
Maison RaiseLab is also a co-working space where resident start-ups work each and every day. Consequently, the building cannot be reserved for any exclusive use, although your event space will be.
Given the large number of requests we receive, we pencil in only one option, and we block dates only once our quote has been signed and the deposit paid.
We do not include any agency commissions in our quotes. If you are an agency, you must bill your clients separately.
Pets are not allowed in Maison RaiseLab. The only animals permitted are guide dogs for the visually impaired and assistance dogs.
When a technical events manager is required, they provide their equipment.
If requested, we can make the services of a technical manager available to help with video recording.
Yes, we have fibre access on every floor, available to everyone.
Maison RaiseLab welcomes visitors from 8:30 am to 6 pm. If events are to be extended beyond this time slot, there will be a charge for keeping the venue open, plus the presence of at least one events manager from 6pm to midnight, including an extra hour for dismantling the event.
